  • Tickets to the Mid-Atlantic Ceramics Conference are non-refundable.


  • This is a rain or shine event. In the event of hazardous conditions due to heavy snow/ice, the Cultural Arts Center will follow the guidelines set by the County of Henrico for mandated closures. If this occurs, we will post notices on our social media, website, and The Cultural Arts Center’s website regarding closure information and if the event will be rescheduled, or tickets will be refunded.


  • Outside food and beverage is allowed at this event. This event will also feature food trucks and concession options.


  • The Virginia Cliffe Inn is directly next door to the Cultural Arts Center. There are many hotels within a 10-15 minute car ride nearby including The Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Virginia Center and Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest.


  • Parking is included in the cost of admission. If you are attending with a group, we highly recommend carpooling.


  • Yes, when you initially check in with your ticket, you will be given a wristband that allows for re-entry. This wristband is non-transferable.

    You will need to check in each day, even if you have a 2-day ticket.
